How much wall does one gallon cover?
On primed interior walls, one gallon of our paint covers roughly 350–400 sq ft per coat. Most rooms look best with two coats, so plan accordingly — our painting guide has a simple coverage cheat-sheet.
Which finish should I choose?
Matte hides imperfections and suits low-traffic walls and ceilings; eggshell and satin add a soft sheen and wipe clean, ideal for busy rooms; enamel is a hard, glossy finish for trim, doors, and cabinets. When in doubt, ask us — we'll match the sheen to the surface.
Can I get a specific color matched?
Yes. Send us a reference — a chip from another brand, a fabric swatch, or a photo of a wall — and our custom color matching service will tint it in the finish you need. It's part of our services.
Do you offer samples?
We do. Our 8 oz sample pots let you paint a patch and live with a color in your own light before buying full gallons. It's the single best way to avoid a repaint.
How does tinting work — are colors made to order?
Yes. Our paints are tinted to your chosen palette color when you order, which is why the color is so accurate. For large jobs we tint to a single verified formula so every can matches.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are packed carefully and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking details by email after you order.
What's your return policy?
Unopened products in resalable condition can be returned within the window stated in our Terms. Because tinted paint is mixed to your specific color, custom-tinted cans are made to order — contact us if there's ever an issue with your order and we'll make it right.
Are your paints low-VOC?
Our core interior lines are water-based and formulated to be low-odor and low-VOC, so they're kinder to your home's air and easy to clean up with water.
